I set up my company in 2018 to follow in my fathers footsteps. From being a child, I have watched him develop his business, from owning a few houses, into being a successful property developer.
Its important to me to create my own legacy, that will provide financial security for my family.
So far I have done 3 house flips, and own 7 BTL properties.
I also jointly run a family business with my dad consisting of serviced offices, storage units, meeting room, post boxes and virtual office space with a combined portfolio value of more than £7.5million
I have just been given the go ahead for 4 new HMO properties this year, so I am very excited for that, as well as being on the hunt for homes to flip.
