 We always put a lot of thought and planning into every project we do.

If the costs were more than we initially thought, we wouldn’t expect further investment from you. 

Its our job to cover the extra cost or to our initial forecast. 

If we have to leave money in the project, we will look to return an agreed % through the refinance stage, up to the new value and drip feed the remaining investment through rental income.
